Sendak • Stamper • Kacmarik, An Association of Independent Law Practices, can trace its history back several decades. In 1959, the late Theodore L. “Ted” Sendak in association with Crown Point attorney Joseph P. Brown opened their law office in the old Crawford building on the city square.

Timothy R. Sendak (Retired)
Timothy Sendak had concentrated his practice in real estate transactions, estate planning, and municipal matters. He also represented clients forming and maintaining LLCs and corporations, and in litigation related to all such matters.
Peggy Jo Stamper
Peggy Jo Stamper’s passion for helping people motivated her to become a lawyer. Currently, she focuses on estate planning and real estate. Part of her legal practice also includes helping facilitate business startup for budding entrepreneurs. As a native Lake County resident, she is a valued resource for peer attorneys who need help with probate matters in the county.
David M. Kacmarik
Attorney David M. Kacmarik practices in a number of different legal areas. He is well versed in family law, civil litigation, estate planning and probate matters, as well as criminal and traffic issues. Attorney Kacmarik believes that every client is important and every case is personal.
